In the course of conducting a VYL research project, I came across a wonderful article about the things you should think about before starting a new kindergarten class. It’s almost encyclopaedic in its content, and is well worth a read. If you’re thinking about taking on a new job, it will give you lots of pertinent questions to ask. This will potentially save you a lot of stress or inconvenience from discovering something important that you never thought to ask (everything from teaching assistants or behaviour management policies to teaching conditions).
