Many times, you’ll find it useful to make blank tracing lines in a worksheet in the kindergarten style (solid upper and lower lines, and a dashed middle line). These lines are perfect, for example, where you’re providing a student with a word or a letter you want them to copy to another part of the worksheet.
It’s actually quite easy to do in Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint. All you need to do is install this free dashed-line font. (It is free for personal use, however, you need to buy a license ($5) for commercial use). To make the tracing lines, you simply hit the space bar.
